I have tried a number of times to redeems some points for credit and have been unable to find the link within “membership rewards”
Is this to make it difficult to redeem?
Previously I phoned and had no trouble, but the imposition of a number of points lost due to telephone request precludes using this method.
PLEASE indicate a clear path to enable me to do this
