what is the annual fee for a secondary card holder? What is the annual fee for the second year?
Hi Denise
Thanks for your question
The $29 Supplementary Card fee for the first year for all Supplementary Cards is waived. You will also earn points on your account for every dollar your Supplementary Cardholders spend.
After the first year, the supplementary card fee is $29.

Can the 30,000 bonus points offered by the Amex DJ card be transferred as 30,000 Qantas frequent flyer point to my frequent flyer account?
Hi Claude. The offer is now 15,000 membership rewards points or 11,250 Qantas Frequent Flyer points when you spend outside of store 3 times in the first month. The points can be transferred directly to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account if you link your membership to your card. Thanks for your question.
