Terms and Conditions

Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program. Every dollar
you spend on your Card prior to 1 April 2009, earns you 1.5 Membership Rewards points,
which can be redeemed for Airline Rewards points. From 1 April 2009 you will then earn
25 points for every dollar spent. You will earn 1.25 points for every dollar spent up to
$100,000, reverting to 1 point per dollar thereafter (reset annually).
2. Offer only available to new Card applicants who apply via the enclosed application form,
who are approved by 30 September 2008 and spend $500 within their first 2 months of
receiving their Rewards Maximiser Gold Credit Card. Please allow 6-8 weeks after first $500
spend for the 5,000 Membership Rewards Bonus Points to be credited to your account.
3. Selected carriers only. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Membership Rewards
program and airline rewards partner programs.
4. Interest rates are correct as at 19 June 2008 and are subject to change including changes
under our Interest Rate Policy.
5. Our interest policy describes how we intend to adjust credit card interest rates based on
your payment history. Under this policy we intend to maintain this special low rate for the
promotional period if you make your minimum payments on time.
6. Provided that you notify us immediately upon discovery of any fraudulent transactions
and you have complied with your Card Conditions, you will not be held liable for any
unauthorised charges.
