ANZ Access Advantage Review – a Transparent Everyday Banking Account
The benefits of ANZ’s Access Advantage are outlined in this overview of how the system works. You will learn how to make the most of your money, see the benefits of this service and avoid unjustified fees.
Banking is something that is a part of nearly everyone’s lives. Anyone who works or has any amount of money will want a secure place to put their money. Stashing cash under the mattress is no longer the safest option! Some of the complaints that many customers grumble about are the hidden fees. Banks may advertise that they offer zero service fees but there are always fees concealed in the fine print.
Finding the Best Bang for Your Buck
When searching for the best banking account, people have certain criteria that they want to have met.
Will it be… Easy to use
Will I have… Easy access
I want… No hidden fees
There is a bank out there that meets all of this criteria and more. ANZ Bank offers a personal banking account that exceeds all expectations. ANZ calls it ANZ Access Advantage and here are some of the benefits they offer. For only $5 a month, you are entitled to unlimited everyday ANZ transactions. These transactions include:
- Unlimited use of ANZ ATMs
- Unlimited use of ANZ Phone and Internet Banking
- Unlimited access to branches
- Unlimited cheques
- Unlimited EFTPOS
They are also distinguishing themselves from the competition by describing it as “simple and transparent” banking. While most banks are content to hide their fees and and play Russian roulette with their customer’s loyalty, ANZ has taken the higher road by putting all cards on the table.
Other fees:
Because ANZ characterises themselves as transparent, they are up front about the fees they do charge and there are some. There are only two conditions in which you will incur a fee with your ANZ Access Advantage account and that is when you overdraw the account or when you have any transactions that occur overseas. That IS pretty simple and more than fair.
Additional Benefits
ANZ also understand that people are on the go and not always close to a computer in order to check their account, so they are offering ANZ Mobile Phone Banking which will allow you to check your account balance by SMS. And, you can even register for alerts that will tell you if you are nearing zero balance and may possibly overdraw the account.
When other banks are still doing “business as usual”, ANZ understood what customers are really craving – honesty. For straightforward banking, the choice is simple – ANZ Access Advantage.
