Q1. Is there any “balance transfer fee” on this card?
Q2. Am I still eligible for the 0% p.a. for 12 months balance transfer if I am already an ANZ customer? (I will be doing a BT from a non-ANZ card)

There is no balance transfer fee for this offer. You can apply for this offer even though you are an existing ANZ customer.

      Hi Rach,

      Thank you for your inquiry.

Unfortunately, the balance transfer for ANZ First Visa Credit Card is available in respect of balances transferred from non-ANZ credit and store card accounts only. The balance transfer and purchase rate offer is not available when you are transferring a balance from an existing ANZ account.

      Cheers,
      May

      Hi Caroline,

      Thanks for your question.

ANZ First Visa is among the credit cards that do not attract balance transfer fee.

If have ANZ first already how can I get more credit card

    • Staff
      May | August 16, 2016

      Hi Saifon,

      Thanks for your inquiry.

As stated in the fine prints found on ANZ website, the offer (above) is only available to new and approved credit card applicants who apply for an ANZ First credit card account with the balance transfer by clicking the green ‘Go to site’ button above. Furthermore, the balance transfer and purchase rate offer is not available in conjunction with other offers, packages or promotions or in respect of balances transferred from an existing ANZ account. Since you already held an ANZ First Visa card, I’m afraid you may not be eligible to take advantage of the same card.

      Cheers,
      May

      Hi Mani,

      Thanks for your comment.

Unfortunately, ANZ doesn’t allow personal loan balance transfer.

If you want to apply for a credit card where you can move your personal loan and credit card balances, you can check your options on this page.

Please note that the amount that you can transfer depends on your approved credit limit.

      Cheers,

      Hi Ka,

      Thanks for your question.

If you want to take advantage of the advertised ANZ First Visa’s promotional rate of interest for balance transfers, you should apply for the balance transfer at the time you first sign up for the card.

      Hi Emmanuel,

      Thanks for your inquiry.

Just to confirm, what type of Westpac credit card that the transfer is being made to? Is this for your existing Westpac credit card? Usually, Westpac will process balance transfer amounts up to 95% of the limit available on the Westpac credit card for new applicants and there is no fee when you conduct BT on their cards.

      Cheers,

Hi, if my application is approved, how long does it usually take to get the balance transfer into my other credit card account? Thanks.

    • Staff
      May | June 9, 2016

      Hi Connie,

      Thanks for your inquiry.

If you plan to transfer your balance over to an ANZ credit card, you must complete filling out the balance transfer section on your credit card application form with your other credit card’s details. Depending on where the balance is being transferred from, a balance transfer can take between 3 and 15 business days. Once the balance transfer has been successfully completed, it will appear on your credit card account statement.

Hope this has answered your question.

      Cheers,
      May
