Features of the ANZ Frequent Flyer Gold Card

When you apply for the ANZ Frequent Flyer Gold credit card, you can accelerate your Qantas Frequent Flyer points earning with a high earn rate of up to 1.25 points for every $1 spent.

ANZ Visa Gold or American Express Gold

When you apply for an ANZ Frequent Flyer Gold credit card, approved applicants will receive a Gold Visa card with a minimum credit limit of $5,000 and automatically receive a linked American Express Gold credit card as part of the same account.

You have the convenience of one account, one annual fee, with both cards sharing the same credit limit and the same statement, but you have the flexibility of having two different cards that offer different ways to earn more Frequent Flyer points.

Frequent Flyer Points

With the advantage of earning 1.25 points per $1 spent on purchases using your American Express card and 1 point per $2 spent on your Visa card, it’s easy to accumulate points quickly. Your Frequent Flyer points won’t expire, so if there’s a special holiday you’ve always wanted to take, you can save your points until you have enough to redeem them for flights, accommodation, car hire and other great travel services.

You also have the opportunity to earn Bonus Points with your ANZ Frequent Flyer Gold credit card. Simply use your card to pay for purchases through ANZ’s Bonus Partners and you could accumulate Frequent Flyer points faster than you thought possible.

Travel Benefits

Most travellers remember to account for the cost of flights, accommodation and spending money when they go overseas, but many forget about the associated expenses of traveller’s cheques.

ANZ Frequent Flyer Gold credit card holders are able to enjoy commission-free traveller’s cheques through any ANZ branch across Australia.

Interest Free Days

Aside from earning frequent flyer points quickly and easily, you could also benefit from enjoying up to 55 days interest free credit on purchases made with your card. Simply pay for the things you need now and you have until the next statement date to repay the balance in full to take advantage of up to 55 days interest free on those purchases.
