Hi Richard,

Thanks for the question. The Bankwest Breeze Gold MasterCard terms and conditions say that: "you can make payments to your Card Account: via phone banking and Bankwest Online Banking, via BPAY payment or pursuant [sic] to a Direct Debit Services agreement you make with us; by mail to the address on the Card Account Statement". In order to not get charged a late payment dishonour fee, your best option is to set your account up with Bankwest Online Banking. You will receive your statements electronically so there will be no waiting for a letter to arrive by mail and your payments will be processed the same or next day significantly reducing your chances of incurring an extra fee for late payments, provided you check your online account regularly. I hope this helps.

Cheers

Good question Jim. The term cash advance applies to money you withdraw from the ATM using credit or money transferred between you credit and savings account via net banking. Please refer to our guide on credit card cash advances - http://www.creditcardfinder.com.au/cash-advance-interest-rates-credit-cards.html for further information on the subject. Thanks.

Cheers

Hi John

After the balance transfer special rate period, the interest rate reverts to the standard purchase rate.

Cheers

After the transfer rate period, some banks charge the cash advance interest rate on this amount. What rate do you charge on the transferred amount?
