Bendigo Bank RSPCA Rescue Rewards Visa Card Review

While this Visa credit card works like most conventional credit cards, you can also use it to transfer balances from existing cards and make use of its introductory interest rate offer. While most cards offer reward points only on purchases, with this card you earn reward points even with balance transfers. An automatic ongoing donation to RSPCA from your account ensures you keep doing your bit, for ‘all creatures great and small’. This card also offers up to 55 interest free days on purchases.

Benefits of the Bendigo Bank RSPCA Rescue Rewards Visa Card

    • RSPCA donations

Every month, $3.00 from your credit card account is credited to RSPCA, and this will continue to happen for as long as your account remains active. By making this relatively small donation, you know you’re playing a role in helping a worthwhile cause.

    • Introductory interest rate

The RSPCA Rescue Rewards Visa card charges a competitive 7.89% rate for the first 6 months. This rate applies not just on purchases, but on cash advances and balance transfers as well. Following this period the rate will revert to 19.64% p.a.

    • Rewards program

You don’t have to pay any fee to join the Bendigo Rewards Program, and you don’t have to pay any ongoing fee either. You earn one reward point for every dollar spent on purchases, and you also earn one reward point of every dollar from transferred balances. You can redeem your points easily for a range of merchandise spread across categories like technology, gifts, homewares, and children’s items.
