The Citi miles rewards program allows you to transfer your points to the Skywards program. Then they are redeemable for flights, upgrades, travel, and high end shopping.

The Citi miles program or Skywards is a rewards scheme based on spending. For every one dollar you spend on retail purchases you earn 1.5 miles for every $1 you spend. Once you have signed up for the program your points automatically transfer to skyward frequent flyer points within 15 days from the end of your statement period.
