With the BP-Citibank MasterCard the money you save is simply credited to your account.

* Have a good credit rating
* Earn a taxable income of $20,000 per year or more

Citibank BP Credit Card Benefits

The BP card is especially beneficial for people who:

* Purchase petrol and other items at BP.
* Don’t like reward programs and would rather just get a discount where ever you shop.

Condition	What it means
* Terms and conditions apply. 5% cash back rebates with BP are limited per account to the first $300 you spend at participating outlets each Statement period.	Please read full terms and conditions upon application.
~ In addition, Citibank will give you cash back with “Hero Partners” from time to time. Specific terms and conditions will be provided with Hero Partner offers. All other Retail Purchases and bill payments (excluding purchases at BP or Hero Partner outlets) made using Your Card will give you 1% Cash Back on the first $60,000 spent on Your Account in any 12 month period from the date You are enrolled in the BP-Cash Back program. All Cash Back will be automatically credited to Your Account at the start of the next Statement Period. The Cash Back amount earned in Your monthly statement period (e.g. Nov 15 – Dec 14) will be reflected in a Cash Back summary on that month’s statement (E.g. Dec statement). This Cash Back will then be credited on the first day of the next Statement Period (E.g. Dec 15). Accumulated benefits are forfeited if the account is suspended or closed.	This is a nice feature because you get benefits from spending on your card. You don’t have to wait for months or years for your awards points to accumulate.Take note that this discount only applies to the first $60,000 you spend (not including the amounts spent at BP).
^ Transferred balances are repaid first. At the end of the balance transfer offer period your interest rate will revert to the standard interest rate of 19.89%p.a., which is variable, subject to change and Citibank’s credit criteria.	Standard.

Hey Gae, thanks for your query.
After looking around, the closest thing I could find to a BP discount card with no annual fees was:

Which comes with BP discounts, and no annual fees for the first year.
The offer ends June 2008 and it doesn’t look like there’s much more than that for the moment, I’ll keep you updated anything else better is released.
