Hi Tricia

Thanks for your comment

With the Citibank CitiBusiness you have the option of connecting the credit card to the Qantas Frequent Flyer rewards program if you are a member. CitiBusiness Gold Cardholders can redeem Reward points at a rate of 1 Reward point for 1 QFF point. All redemption requests must be in blocks of 10,000 Reward points.

Cheers

Hi Chris

Thanks for your questions - I hope my answers help:

Question: Does this card come with fraud insurance?
Answer: Citibank credit cards come with Citibank Fraudshield protection. They have a credit card protection insurance called CardProtect also which is geared towards repayment protection.

Question: Can I earn reward points for this card?
Answer: You can earn 1.25 points for every $1 spent with the Citibank CitiBusiness credit card rewards program.

Question: Is so, is there a limit on the amount of points I earn per year?
Answer: With the Citibank Rewards program, your reward points are capped. The maximum number of Reward points that may be awarded to each Account in any period of 12 months beginning from the day you were enrolled in the Reward program for Gold Cardholder's is 80,000 reward points.

Question: What is the monetary value of the points I have accumulated? eg: 1 point is valued at how many cents
Answer: This is a difficult question to answer, since it really depends on what you redeem your points for.

For a $100 cashback on the Citibank Rewards program, it will require 20,000 Citibank Reward Points. You would need to spend $16,000 to receive the $100 cashback. Based on this scenario, you could calculate the following:

20,000 Points = $100
200 points = $1
1 point = 0.005 cents

There are however other redemption options, like a Sydney to Melbourne return flight which requires a spend of $16,000 to earn enough points.

It really does depend on the type of rewards you are after, and that should really dictate the type of credit card with a rewards program that you apply for.

Question: Are the rewards the same as for personal credit card holders?
Answer: The Citibank CitiBusiness Credit Card has it's own unique rewards program. You can earn 1.25 points for every $1 spent with

the Citibank CitiBusiness credit card rewards program.

Question: Can I have my business logo on the credit card?
Answer: Citibank don't offer a personalised credit card design currently.

Question: Do I receive the bonus 40,000 ponts if I apply?
Answer: You will receive 40,000 bonus reward points when you first spend on your card

Cheers,
