In using your credit card to shop:

  • Do not let your credit card to get out of your sight when you hand it over the counter.
  • Always cover your hands whenever you are typing your PIN.
  • Always leave the shop with your receipt instead of just leaving it behind because information may be obtained from that receipt.

  • Do not open the link of your bank account through email.
  • You should never reply to an email which requires you to send your bank details such as account number and PIN.
  • If you think that your bank really did send you an email, then you should confirm it by asking your bank. You can call your bank or go to it personally if don’t feel safe about it.
