Posted September 10th, 2010 and last modified November 29th, 2011GE Money GO Rewards
The GE Money GO Rewards MasterCard credit card works the same way as any other credit card and offers you the same flexibility and freedom to make sure your card is accepted at a wide range of retailers in millions of locations around the world. View more GE Money credit cards.
You can take advantage of up to 62 days interest free on your purchases. This is ideal for those customers who regularly repay their entire balance before the statement date each month. This can allow you to pay your bills and pay for purchases now and pay no interest as long as you repay the balance within the statement period. GE Money also offers card holders a ‘buy now, pay later’ option.
However, you’re also given access to the GE Money GO Rewards program, where you can earn 1 GO Reward point for every $1 you spend on your card.
Redeeming Your Reward Points
The GE Money Go Rewards points can be redeemed for a wide range of things, but GE doesn’t offer any travel or Frequent Flyer affiliations at this time.
However, you can choose from a massive choice of merchandise. There are more than two thousand items inside the rewards catalogue, so you’re sure to find something that suits you. You might decide to redeem your points for a range of kids and baby accessories, including toys and games.
You can also choose from electronic items like iPod, Nintendo Wii, digital cameras, or perhaps browse a selection of home-wares and garden accessories. If you prefer entertainment, then choose from movie tickets at Hoyts or Village cinemas or plenty of other entertainment options.
You’re also able to opt for gift cards and vouchers for a wide range of stores and retailers, such as Harvey Norman, Eckersley’s and Domayne, or you might prefer gift cards to spend at Caltex.
If you decide you don’t want to spend your GE Money GO Rewards points on yourself, you can exchange them for a donation to various charities, including the Pink Ribbon appeal or the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
