How Credit Card Finder® Selects the ‘Best’ and ‘Top’ Products
Credit Card Finder® (http://www.creditcardfinder.com.au) compares from a wide range of credit cards and financial products.
When a product(s) is labelled as ‘Best’ and ‘Top’, they offer leading features of their own respective category, with consideration of the card’s other factors.
The key factors and influences which are taken into account when picking the ‘best’ and ‘top’ credit cards include:
- Features: Including, but not limited to interest rates, annual fees and penalty fees.
- Promotions: If a financial institution or bank is running an introductory promotion on a product, this is taken into evaluation.
- Access: Whether a financial institution is allowing an online campaign or display of their products.
- Bank Reputation: Based on consumer and user feedback on customer service.
For instance, a credit card with a 9.99% p.a. interest rate and $100 annual fee may in theory be the card with the lowest interest rate on the market.
However, if a hypothetical competing card offered a 10.49% p.a. interest rate and $40 annual fee, it would be titled as ‘best’, ‘top’ or ‘recommended’ due to it’s compensating annual fee.
Likewise, the ‘Best Cashback Rewards Credit Card’ may not simply be the offer which offers the highest rate of cashback return. The card labelled as ‘Best’ has been identified so due to its beneficial factors and influences which as a whole make the card the most valuable in it’s category.
