How To Resume A Saved Credit Card Application With Bankwest

If you have been applying for an account with Bankwest and need to get back to your saved credit card application, then read this article to find out how easy it is to do it.

Applying for an account with Bankwest is simple and easy to do, and if you need to return to your saved credit card application it is not difficult at all. All you have to do is click on the appropriate button at their website for the account you had started an application for.

Saved credit card application:

There are three steps you need to follow to get to your saved credit card application and they are as follows.

1. During the last session when you were filling out the application you would have received an e-mail with a reference number. You need to enter this number in order to resume your session.
2. Enter the same e-mail address that was provided when you first applied and the code appearing on your screen.
3. Once you click on next your saved credit card application will resume.

Application reference number

If you cannot remember your reference number then you can look for it in the e-mail you were sent when you started your application online. If you are unable to find the e-mail then you can click on the button that says, “Resend Application Number”, and then once you have sent in your code, date of birth and email address it will be mailed to you once again.

Welcome e-mail

Every online application you start with Bankwest will give you a welcome email. If an application has already been submitted then this welcome email will serve as a reference only.

Unsaved online application

You will be sent reminder emails that invite you to finish your online application once the personal details page has been submitted. If you choose not to finish off your application then it will be deleted automatically after seven days and you’ll receive no further e-mails.

Cannot resume the application

If for any reason you are unable to get back to the saved credit card application then you will have to begin a new one. Any applications that have been started online will be deleted after a seven day period.

Empty pages

Every time you resume your application it will start at the last page that is incomplete. All you need to do is fill out the required fields presented and then click next.

Data not saved

Your Bankwest online application will only be saved up to the page where you last clicked the next button. You will then be taken to the next page and none of your information will be displayed. Just fill in the required fields to resume again.

Using another computer

Your online application can be resumed from another computer as long as you have your details available. Just follow all of the above instructions.
