The Hot Summer Sale offered by HSBC also includes home loans. Check out these savings for more details.

  • 1.5% p.a. off of the interest rate for 12 months on a standard variable home loan. This means that the comparison rate of 5.76%p.a. for a current variable rate has dropped down to only 5.09%p.a.
  • Savings continue with .80%p.a. off of the standard variable rate for the loan for as long as it exists, if you take the HSBC Premier loan.
  • Savings also continue with .70%p.a. off of the standard variable rate for the Power Vantage loan for as long as it exists.
  • Ability to make a home loan transfer to a different property without needing to refinance.
  • Loan can be split between variable and fixed rates.
