IMB has a history dating back to 1880, when it was established as a building society in the Illawarra region of NSW. It now has branches across Sydney, the NSW South Coast, the ACT and Melbourne, as well as digital banking options.

It previously offered a low interest credit card and a platinum rewards credit card, issued by Card Services. But as of September 2023, these cards are not available for new applications. If you are a customer, you can contact Card Services on 1300 135 538. Hi Cherilee,

      Thanks for your question.

IMB is a building society in Australia, it’s very unlikely that they will be offering products in South Africa.

      Cheers,
      Shirley
