Jetstar MasterCard Offering Free Flight Vouchers

Posted August 3rd, 2010 and last modified September 28th, 2012

How to Get Free Jetstar Flight Vouchers

When you use your Jetstar MasterCard on everyday purchases, you’ll be rewarded with Jetstar dollars. You will receive one cent for every dollar you spend on your card. These accumulate into what are called Jetstar Dollars. Once you receive a certain amount of Jetstar Dollars, you are able to redeem a Free Jetstar voucher.

You won’t even realize how much your Jetstar Dollars are building up until you begin to receive your Jetstar vouchers automatically. These vouchers can then be used to travel anywhere Jetstar customers can travel. Apply for featured credit cards

Redeeming Your Vouchers

To redeem your Free Jetstar voucher, you don’t need to do a thing. You will receive your vouchers in your email inbox the moment you qualify for one. That means never once do you have to pick up the phone or fill out any unnecessary forms.

When you accumulate 100 Jetstar Dollars with your Jetstar card, you will receive an email that contains your $100 Jetstar flight voucher. Platinum Jetstar MasterCard holders will receive a $200 voucher after they accrue 200 Jetstar Dollars. Your Jetstar dollars can be tracked via your online banking and you can even redeem a Free Jetstar MasterCard voucher early if you wish, at 25 Jetstar Dollar increments.

Using the Vouchers

If you wish to use a free Jetstar MasterCard voucher, you must book your flight within three months and you must travel within six months from the date the voucher was issued. If your Jetstar voucher isn’t enough to cover the full amount of the flight, you can use it as a partial payment and then use another form of payment to pay the rest. You could use your Jetstar MasterCard, for instance.

Booking your flight is easy. You can simply visit Jetstar.com and you’ll easily be able to select which flights you wish to take. When you get to the payment section, you simply click on the voucher tab and then follow the instructions.

If you do use your Jetstar MasterCard or Jetstar Platinum card to book your flights, you won’t have to pay any payment fees.
