I asked a question earlier, how do I retrieve an earlier application, the answer did not satisfy my question. I didn’t need a link to speeding up the process. I need to know how I can continue the application when I am told to use the retrieval function which doesn’t exist? Go through a different lender?

      Jacob | April 4, 2013

Hi Meryl. Thanks for the question. If you haven’t figured it out, go to the Latitude Financial Services website. Up the top of the screen there should be an option allowing you to manage your account. Select your loan from the drop down list of products and you’ll be taken to a new screen where you can log in with your customer details. You may have to register your information with a GE representative and set up online banking prior to this over the phone. Jacob.
