The Macquarie Bank Gold Credit Card offers card holders a great combination of low annual fees, competitive interest rates, and a great choice of rewards.

You will automatically earn points every time you spend money with your Gold Credit Card. The rewards program offers a competitive 1 point per dollar spent. This means that you can accumulate rewards point quickly, simply by purchasing goods on your Macquarie Bank Gold Credit Card. You can then exchange those points for any reward you opt for. Rewards are subject to terms and conditions of the Macquarie Bank Rewards program. Visa Platinum card holders can spend up to $200,000 and Visa Gold card holders can spend up to $130,000. Reward points are not earned on cash advances.

You can also earn 3 Reward points per dollar spent with MyChoice Travel. This will increase the speed with which your rewards points accumulate!

Macquarie Bank Gold Credit Card holders can also choose to shop at Bonus Partners. When you shop with these partners, your points balance will increase faster without your having to spend anything extra.

There are a wide variety of reward choices available. These range from merchandise such as electronics, toys, sports and fitness equipment to gift cards or vouchers that can be used at most major stores and attractions. You can redeem your points for entertainment options such as movie tickets, theme park tickets or theatre tickets. Rewards can also be exchanged for experiences ranging from a day of pampering to a hot air balloon flight. You can even redeem your points for a pre-paid Visa gift card that is accepted everywhere that Visa pre-paid cards can be used.

In addition to exchanging points for goods and services, you can also redeem your points balance for flights on any airline. The flights are subject to being available. Reward flights must be booked through MyChoice Travel and booking fees will apply. Airlines that do not offer electronic ticketing cannot be booked through MyChoice Travel. Internet direct airlines cannot be booked through MyChoice Travel, with the exception of Virgin Australia and Jetstar. Bookings will be subject to terms and conditions of MyChoice Travel.
