Call 1800 033 844 (international +61 3 9683 7043) 24/7 and notify ANZ immediately if your card has been lost, stolen or used by someone else; or if your PIN record has been lost, stolen or has become known to someone else.

How to query or dispute transactions on your card

Option 1: Download and complete a “Customer Transaction Dispute” form and send it with a copy of any relevant documentation to ANZ for further investigation.

Download and complete the “Add An Additional Cardholder” form or call 13 22 73. Note that a fee will apply to some additional cards.

Option 1: Use ANZ Internet Banking, select ‘Cards’ from the left-hand menu and then choose ‘Request to change credit card limit’ and follow the prompts.

Option 2: Download and complete the “Request Credit Card Limit Increase/Decrease” form and return it to ANZ.
