How to query or dispute transactions on your card

  • Option 1: Download and complete a “Customer Transaction Dispute” form and send it with a copy of any relevant documentation to ANZ for further investigation.
  • Option 2: Call ANZ on 13 22 73 (international +613 9683 9999.

How to update your details

  • On ANZ Internet banking by selecting ‘Update details’.
  • Call ANZ on 13 22 73, available 24/7.
  • Do it in-branch.

How to activate your credit card

Call 1800 652 033 to activate your credit card. You may be required to complete the ANZ customer identification process if you’re a new ANZ credit card holder.

How to order a replacement card

Call ANZ on 13 22 73 (international +613 9683 9999) to order a replacement card.

How to add an additional cardholder

Download and complete the “Add An Additional Cardholder” form or call 13 22 73. Note that a fee will apply to some additional cards.

How to change your credit limit

  • Option 1: Use ANZ Internet Banking, select ‘Cards’ from the left-hand menu and then choose ‘Request to change credit card limit’ and follow the prompts.
  • Option 2: Download and complete the “Request Credit Card Limit Increase/Decrease” form and return it to ANZ.
  • Option 3: Call ANZ on 13 22 73 (international +61 3 9683 9999).

How to complete a credit card balance transfer

  • Option 1: Use ANZ Internet Banking, select ‘Credit card balance transfer’ under the ‘Cards’ option on the left hand panel.
  • Option 2: Download and complete the “Balance Transfer Application” form.
  • Option 3: Call ANZ on 13 22 73 (international +61 3 9683 9999).
