We interview Tahir Bilgic, an Australian comedian most-famous for his role as Habib on the hilarious comedy show Fat Pizza.
Which credit cards do you have?
I’ve got a VISA – an ANZ Qantas Frequent Flyer.
Why did you choose this card?
For the frequent flyer points – I am obsessed in collecting them, and one day want to put them all on my mantle piece and show them off.
When and how do you use your card?
I have no rules on when and how I use my card, other than; when I have no cash on me I then use my credit card… I have no plan c!
What do you look for in a credit card?
I want to know, what can the card do for me? I know I can do a lot for the card, but I want a card that can help me in return – things like the frequent flyer points, and the ability to also use those points to get stuff, is brilliant.
Have you ever been the victim of a credit card fraud? If so, what happened?
I have been waiting for the Nigerians to contact me but no luck. I that hear one of their kings has a fortune, and he died, and all they need is my credit card and bank details to transfer me the lion’s share of his fortune… blah blah blah… who falls for this kind of stuff?!
If you received a credit card pre-loaded with $10,000 what would you do?
Pay off my credit card… No, too boring, I would probably go on a fully sick trip with my mates to the Gold Coast to take photos of the Japanese.
What’s been keeping you busy recently?
I’ve been working on The Footy Show volume 2 DVD (available from www.punchline.com.au). It’s got a bunch of performances, including spots by Carl Barron, The Umbilical Brothers, Jimeoin, Arj Barker and David Strassman.
