Where can a Virgin credit card be used?
Virgin Credit Cards are VISA credit cards meaning they can be used at over 430,000 locations in Australia, and over 32 million locations across the world. You will have no problem finding a place to accept your Virgin credit card.
What is the security on the card?
Your card will be protected as much as possible from credit card fraud. It will be monitored 24/7 using a state-of-the-art detection system for fraud. If any suspicious activity is noticed you will be contacted directly, and if you cannot be contacted immediately a temporary block may be put on your card to keep it secure.
How do I make payments?
Funds can be transferred from your savings or checking account regardless of which bank you deal with. You only have to enter the Virgin credit card code and the account number of your card as a reference number.
Can I make a balance transfer?
Yes you can, and an introductory rate of 2.9% p.a. for 6 months when you decide to transfer the balance from your existing card over to a Virgin credit card. Once the offer runs out you can still benefit from great purchase rates of 18.99% p.a.
How do I increase the credit limit?
Virgin will carefully select the limit you have, keeping in mind what you are comfortably able to afford.
How do I get Internet banking?
Once your Virgin credit card has been activated you will be automatically registered to perform Internet banking transactions.
Can I have additional cardholders?
You are allowed to have one additional cardholder on your credit card for free. The minimum age limit for this cardholder is 16 years old.
