The saving can be quite significant as annual credit card fees range anywhere between $0 and $300. Another point to look for with a No Annual Fee Credit Card is the length of term of the No Annual Fee because for some cards it is just an introductory offer.



No Annual Fee Credit Cards


On offer is the American Express Sky Blue credit card with No Annual Fee which has a popular rewards program that allows points to be transferred into free flights. The card does have a higher than average interest rate at 20%, but if you are fully paying your balance each month this would not be a problem.



No Annual Fee Credit Cards for the first year


Currently in Australia some credit card providers are offering No Annual Fee for the first year.


Woolworth’s Everyday Money Card is one such card. The offer on this card is $0 annual fee for the first year but from then on the annual fee is $49. Woolworth’s cards are well known for their rewards program which works with partner stores as well.


The ANZ First Visa Card is offering a No Annual Fee for the first year and then it reverts to the standard annual fee of $30. There is also the chance to do balance transfers at a rate of 7.99%.



Low Annual Fee Credit Cards


Aussie MasterCard is offering a low annual fee of $49 and balance transfers with an interest rate of around 11% and 4.99% for the first 12 months.


St George Vertigo comes with an annual fee of $55 and offers around 11% and 0% on balance transfers for 6 months.
