The Bendigo RSPCA Rescue VISA Card is no ordinary credit card. It is a card that will help the RSPCA, otherwise known as the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. This is an animal rescue charity and when you use your card, there is a donation that is made to the RSPCA.

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a registered animal rescue charity. However, you may not claim a tax refund on the payments that are sent to RSPCA. This is because there is not a direct link between the donation and the cardholder. There is an account that holds the payments that are part of Bendigo RSPCA Rescue VISA Card’s rewards program.

The balance on your account is 3% of the closing balance on the statement. So, if money is still left over then it is not calculated from the amount that is spent during the month. If there is a balance on the card that is less than $330 then the card is charged $10 for the month. This means that there is a charge of at least $120 for the year. In addition, there is an annual fee that is assessed of $24. This brings fees to at least $144 a year.

The Bendigo RSPCA Rescue VISA Card charges a cash advance fee of 0.50% on any advance that is taken out that is above $650. If you take out an advance that is less than that then you will pay $3.25. Using this card at an ATM not affiliated with Bendigo bank will result in a fee. However, if you use it through a Bendigo Bank branch or ATM then you will not be charged a cash advance or ATM fee.
