Redeeming Your Rewards

Redeeming your rewards points could not be easier. Almost all of your rewards can easily be claimed online with comfort of your home computer, however, any flights to be redeemed should be claimed by phoning the FlyBuys service centre on 13 1116 between 9 am and 7 pm.

When you are redeeming online just follow this simple procedure:

Pick your reward by browsing through their impressive collection of goods online in the rewards categories. Once you’ve decided upon your gift, make sure you have enough points to claim. You can then claim the reward immediately. You will then be sent a reward confirmation letter within a couple of weeks. In some instances you won’t necessarily receive a notification letter but you will receive the gift within six weeks of claiming.
