    Ideal For Saving Money

You wouldn’t normally associate credit cards with saving money, but those that offer low rate balance transfer deals let you do just that. Do you have existing credit card debt? If you do then you’ll be aware that each month your balance is growing due to the interest being charged.

Move that outstanding balance to a St.George frequent flyer card and you’ll only pay 0.99% p.a. for 6 months . If you can repay your debt in full within that time you’ll not amass any more interest charges. The savings you can make on a large credit card debt can be very substantial.

You also get up to 55 days of interest free credit with this product, giving you plenty of time to pay for any purchases without being charged any extra.

    Low Annual Fee

Frequent flyer cards are sometimes known for having higher annual fees. This is normally to offset the money the company loses providing the extra services to customers. This frequent flyer card has an annual fee of just $79.

    Double Rewards

St.George features not one, but two great schemes attached to the card. The Amplify Rewards program gives you 1.00 point for every $1 you spend with your card, and the Qantas Frequent Flyer program givers you 1 point for every $2 you spend. There is no points cap meaning you can earn as many points as you want, before deciding whether to cash them in for exclusive travel rewards, or a treat from the vast array of products available from the Amplify range.
