There are a number of reliable methods for monitoring the activity on your “Coles Source credit card“, and for reviewing your credit card statement. You can easily look at your history of credit card transactions by visiting the Online Service Centre, or you may choose to request an additional paper copy of your Coles Source “credit card statement” to be sent through the mail. Faxing of such documents is not available. Please do note that any paper copies of your statement or credit docket will incur a fee of $7. Of course, retrieving transaction and account information for your Coles Source credit card online is completely free of charge.
If you have submitted a BPAY payment, remember that it may take between 24 and 48 hours for the payment to post to the account. This time frame may be extended if the BPAY payment was submitted during a weekend or any public holiday, as these days are not official business days for financial institutions. For clarification on the timing of payment postings, be sure to contact your financial institution or the BPAY website. Additionally, be sure to contact them without delay if there are any details about your credit card statement that do not appear to be accurate!
When you contact the lender about your Coles Source Credit Card account, be sure that you have the account numbers that link to your account. For example, the number on your statement will be your account number, whereas the number on the MasterCard itself is the individual card number that is connected to the account. This, of course, means that there may be separate individual card numbers that are all linked to one account, and effectively allows the account holder to see which cards have generated which activity.
Any of our valued customers who had a Coles Group Card, will notice that their previous account balances, purchase histories, and other information will appear automatically on the new Coles Group Source MasterCard statement. Other unexpected information which may automatically show up on your Coles Source Credit Card may include an “Interest Free” balance. This could occur if a purchase was made on the MasterCard during a promotion offering interest free purchases. If that is the case, and the criteria were met to receive that interest free offer, then it will be automatically posted to your account and credit card statement. Any of these types of adjustments are managed through GE Capital Finance Australia, but not by the shop where the purchase was made.
