Virgin Money is the financial services arm of the Virgin Group. Now being involved in music, financial products, the airline industry and even space flight, The Virgin Group has come a long way since starting out a mail order record business. The Australian launch of the Virgin credit card 2003 was company’s first move into the international financial services market. Unlike other frequent flyer credit cards, which are issued in partnership with a mainstream financial institutions, such as Citibank, Virgin Money are credit card issuer and Virgin Velocity is the frequent flyer program. You can compare credit cards from Virgin Money on this page and read about some of the benefits of using a Virgin credit card. Types of credit cards from Virgin Money

Since launching their credit card business in Australia, Virgin Money have expanded their range of credit cards to include low rate and no annual fee products. Their frequent flyer products have been, and remain to be, some of the most popular in the market. These cards reward you with Velocity Points when you make an eligible purchase as well as offer you a range of competitive card features.

  • No annual fee credit cards

Although the purchase rate of interest may be high for a no annual fee credit card, it’s only charged if you carry a balance from month to month. You might want to compare these credit cards on the number of interest-free days available as well as other features, like balance transfer and interest-free promotional offers. This offer also comes with $100 cashback on your card when you spend $2,000 or more in the first 3 months.

we have approx. $13500 on 4 credit cards and looking at doing a 0% consol.
as I fly for work can we still have a separate card for daily purchases
    cheers

    • Staff
      Shirley | August 7, 2014

      Hi Paul,

You can still use the same card that you transferred your balances to for daily purchases, because it’s linked to the same account.

If you’d like to request an extra card/additional card holder, you can do this by submitting a ‘additional credit card request form’ to Virgin Money. This form can be found o their website.

      Cheers,
      Shirley
