In order to fill out a Westpac credit card application form you should be earning $15,000 per year as a minimum for a standard card, $50,000 yearly for a Gold card, and $65,000 or more for an Altitude Platinum card.

You have your choice of either a Visa card or a MasterCard when you apply for the 55 Day, the 55 Day Gold card or the low rate card.
