I have a query re a new offer from Westpac where they want to replace my existing ‘Ignite’ card with a ‘Platinum’ card.

I will only accept a response from them in writing but cannot find any fax numbers on the comprehensive Westpac website. Clearly they don’t want written enquiries.

Would you be able to assist me please with a fax number, or even an email address, for the Westpac Platinum Card area so I may send my written query and evidence?

    Thank you :)
