Hi Jacky, thanks for your inquiry!

Some reasons why funds may take longer than usual to transfer could be factors such as transferring on a weekend or public holiday. It would be recommended to contact your financial institution for any further queries regarding your transaction.

      Cheers,

      Jonathan

Hi Mia, thanks for your inquiry!

Depending on which method you are using to reload the card, it may take two separate transactions. For example the maximum load amount via BPAY is $2000, which would require two loads to reach the total of $3000.

      Cheers,

      Jonathan

I transferred money online to my card are on Monday 23rd February and it still has not shown up on my pre paid card. How do I find out where my money went.

    • Staff
      Jonathan | February 27, 2015

Hi Natalie, thanks for your inquiry!

In regards to checking the status for a transaction it would be best to inquire with the bank/lender that the transaction originated from to ensure that the payment has been fully cleared. Once the payment has been fully cleared check with the receiving account to ensure the funds have been received.

      Cheers,

      Jonathan

    Hi there
We went into a local Woolworths store and the attendant told us that the card is not reloadable and can only be used once. We need a card that can be loaded each week with about $50 for a specific purpose and we shop at Woolworths every week so it would be easy to reload while we are there. Please confirm if this is possible.

Hi, I wanted to purchase an item online but it requires a card holder first and last name. do you by any chance know what names I put in them? thank you :)

    • Staff
      Jonathan | February 2, 2015

Hi Alysha, thanks for your question!

This card is called the Woolworths Everyday Money Reloadable Prepaid MasterCard. Do you mean the name on the card? In that case it’s your own name, as it appears on your card, that you need to enter.

      I hope this helps.
