Hi Ella, thanks for your inquiry!

Without the physical card withdrawals from ATM’s would not be eligible, so you would need the card in order to withdraw cash/ funds.

      I hope this helps.

      Cheers,

      Jonathan

My card came with Westpac details for direct deposits.
If I deposit to these details from a Westpac branch, will the funds be available on my card instantly?
    Thanks

Yes, but if I deposit the funds directly at a Westpac branch, rather than EFT online, will it then be instant?
      Thanks

Hi Sam, thanks for your inquiry!

Unfortunately the Woolworths Money website does not specify whether you can directly deposit funds from a bank branch. For instant deposits you can reload at any Woolworths Supermarkets or Big W stores nationwide. It would be best to contact Woolworths Money to confirm whether Westpac branch deposits are an instant reload.

      Cheers,

      Jonathan

    Hi,
I know you can’t have more than $10,000 on the card at one time, but I have seen some cards which have a yearly maximum amount. Does this apply to this card?

    Thanks

    • Staff
      Jonathan | March 11, 2015

Hi Joanne, thanks for your inquiry!

This card does have a maximum load limit/balance of $10,000.

Thanks for the reply Jonathan. But what I mean is, is there a maximum amount you can load to the card in a 12 month period?

For example, the OzForex Travel card has a $50,000 maximum

    • Staff
      Jonathan | March 11, 2015

Hi Joanne, thanks for your response.

The maximum amount of $10,000 means that the Woolworths card can only hold that amount at any given time. The Ozforex Travel Card has a yearly load limit of $50,000. Once you have loaded $50,000 in one year you cannot reload anymore. Woolworths does not have this restriction.

      I hope this helps.

      Cheers,

      Jonathan

Hi Jacky, thanks for your inquiry!

Some reasons why funds may take longer than usual to transfer could be factors such as transferring on a weekend or public holiday. It would be recommended to contact your financial institution for any further queries regarding your transaction.

      Cheers,

      Jonathan
